EVENT RENTAL:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable
- All event bookings must be made a minimum of one weeks before your event. We will notify you if we are booked for that date/time. Please allow up to 24 hrs for us to respond to your inquiry.
- Ensure balance is paid at least 72 hours prior to the event date. If not paid, we can refuse delivery.
- There is a minimum $350 rental props order required for delivery of rental items. Delivery fees range from $200-250 depending on location and pickup times.
- Delivery fees will apply for all events and varies depending on location. Pick-up is allowed for some items. Arrangements must be made in advance.
- Your preferred delivery time is just a requested window timeframe, we will confirm if we can deliver at this time and if not, an appropriate delivery time will be agreed upon. This may include an early date of delivery.
- One custom color is typically included in your backdrop rental. The requested color must be supplied in the rental form.
- Rental Items are priced for daily cost.
